On Team and Business plans, you can run anonymous pulse surveys to measure morale, workload, engagement, and more. Responses are collected anonymously using cryptographic hashing - no one, not even admins, can trace a response back to an individual. AI automatically analyzes results and highlights key themes. Business plans add cross-survey trend detection to track how sentiment evolves over time.
