Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CompanyPulse websites, applications, and related services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By using CompanyPulse, you agree to these Terms. If you use CompanyPulse on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The Service
CompanyPulse includes features for:
- async status updates and team freshness tracking,
- AI-generated digests and insight summaries,
- pulse surveys and analytics,
- idea boards and action plans,
- contributor visibility and integrations.
3. Accounts
- One account per person.
- You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your login.
- Organization owners/admins are responsible for user access and role assignments.
4. Customer Data
You retain ownership of your organization data. You grant us a limited license to process and store that data only to provide the service. Data exports are available and data is deleted upon valid request, subject to legal retention obligations. Standard retention after account termination is up to 30 days unless required otherwise.
5. Third-Party Services
You may connect third-party services including repositories, project tools, docs, calendars, and CRMs (for example GitHub, GitLab, Jira, Linear, Trello, ClickUp, Confluence, Notion, Google Calendar, Salesforce, HubSpot). Your use of those services remains subject to their terms.
6. Fees and Payment
Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at purchase. Free access may be available with usage limits. Plan limits and capabilities are described on the pricing page and may evolve with product updates.
7. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated summaries and recommendations are informational only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not guaranteed outcomes. You remain responsible for operational and business decisions.
8. Uptime and SLA
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or urgent security actions may cause temporary downtime. No SLA is guaranteed on free plans unless stated in a separate enterprise agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
CompanyPulse and its software, branding, and content are owned by CompanyPulse or licensors. You own your data. Except as permitted by law, you may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service without permission.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the previous 12 months, unless law requires otherwise.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements. Where possible, exports are available for up to 30 days after termination.
12. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless a separate signed agreement specifies another jurisdiction.
